All the information about the stages for everyday and the times for each stage can be seen in the maps that you can access in the official rally mexico website. Its not the first year, but it seems that the organizers cant make a decent page with accesible info. But we are here for you!
Go to the following page: http://www.rallymexico.com/contentEs.php?page=documents
Then, in the maps section, download the color maps (first document) and print the day map you are going to be there. Its easy to read. Each stage is marked with a number. For example SS11/15. This road will be run twice on saturday, at aprox at 8:54 AM and 13:57. It is recomended that you arrive to the site by a secondary road and at least one hour or more in advance, as the running section will be closed from the first hours of the day. And the parking places are not near the road. So, from previous years I recomend to arrive early, get food, cold beverages, a hat and your camera. And stay in only one stage, you can move from one part to another. And it will be complicated to move from one stage to another as the competitor´s car move between stages and there is not too much to time to catch up. But remember: do not stay in the red zones! The marshals have marked it for a reason and its because is dangerous. This will be my fourth time at the Mexico Rally and if you follow these recomendations, you will enjoy the rally safely.
